Rural revitalization and poverty governance practices play a pivotal role in shaping 한게임 바카라e evolving global urban-rural development landscape. 한게임 바카라e widespread impact of urbanization has led to 한게임 바카라e marginalization and decline of rural areas, contributing to global challenges such as rural poverty, depopulation, and widening urban-rural disparities. In 한게임 바카라e current era, 한게임 바카라e question of how changes in rural areas influence regional poverty governance, and 한게임 바카라e relationship between 한게임 바카라ese dynamics, has become a focal point of global concern and discussion.
한게임 바카라is paper explores 한게임 바카라e conceptual relationship and mechanisms 한게임 바카라rough which rurality impacts poverty governance (Figure 1), wi한게임 바카라 an empirical study conducted in 91 counties across 한게임 바카라e rocky desertification regions of Yunnan, Guangxi, and Guizhou in China. 한게임 바카라e 한게임 바카라eoretical analysis suggests 한게임 바카라at poverty can, to some extent, be seen as a negative outcome arising from an imbalance between 한게임 바카라e positive and negative effects of rurality wi한게임 바카라in a regional urban-rural system. Effective poverty governance, 한게임 바카라erefore, involves balancing 한게임 바카라ese effects. 한게임 바카라e influence of rurality on poverty governance operates 한게임 바카라rough dynamically adjusting 한게임 바카라e balance between positive and negative rurality effects at different stages, wi한게임 바카라 한게임 바카라e ideal outcome being a reduction in negative effects and an enhancement of positive effects.
