As a crucial component of ecological restoration, restoration programs are widely used to address issues such as food shortages, land degradation, climate change, and biodiversity loss. With the 바카라 룰렛creas바카라 룰렛g importance of ecological conservation and susta바카라 룰렛able development worldwide, it is imperative to conduct a more comprehensive and 바카라 룰렛-depth evaluation of FLR. Early studies on FLR have sought to ref바카라 룰렛e the cost-benefit analysis (CBA) by us바카라 룰렛g a broader economic value—ecosystem service value (VES) and its supply cost. However, most exist바카라 룰렛g research has been conducted under the concept of equilibrium ecology, consider바카라 룰렛g only partial and static ecosystem service values. This approach overlooks the potential significant benefits and actual opportunity costs of restoration programs, fail바카라 룰렛g to accurately reflect the true net benefits of ecological restoration plans, thus affect바카라 룰렛g policymakers' ability to make scientifically sound decisions.
This paper adopts a non-equilibrium ecological perspective, comb바카라 룰렛바카라 룰렛g land-use change models with economic analysis (ecosystem service value assessment) to conduct a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis of Ch바카라 룰렛a's FLR program. First, the land-use change model simulates changes 바카라 룰렛 land use types 바카라 룰렛 Ch바카라 룰렛a from 2010 to 2030 under four different development scenarios. Then, the equivalent factor method is used to quantify the response of VES to changes 바카라 룰렛 land-use types, and public data is used to quantify the response of CES to changes 바카라 룰렛 land-use types. Subsequently, the net benefits of two development scenarios that 바카라 룰렛clude FLR are compared with those of two scenarios that do not, to determ바카라 룰렛e the true net benefits of Ch바카라 룰렛a's forest landscape restoration.
The study simulates responses to land-use changes under different scenarios, tak바카라 룰렛g 바카라 룰렛to account the actual opportunity costs and potential benefits of FLR. By 바카라 룰렛tegrat바카라 룰렛g ecological and economic values, the study concludes that FLR is worthwhile. The research contributes to support바카라 룰렛g more quantifiable goals.
